that contributes to the course curriculum and improves the financial
understanding of the students from this point of view.
CMSS aims to undertake research in theoretical and applied management science. It also aims at developing case studies relevant to the Indian setting.
This centre has a well equipped and modern “Communication Lab” to improve upon communication skills- both verbal and non-verbal of students. With the help of specialized instructors in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral & Language Skills, the center simulates conditions to teach effective interactive and communication skills in various settings. The center also helps in creating awareness among its future global managers in order to enhance their capacity to communicate effectively in a multicultural setting.
We believe that in order to be effective in a global business setting managers should understand their social milieu well. The center focuses on developing courses in order to foster sociological sensitivity in students.
Stress and conflict are inseparable aspects of business today. Managers can be effective only if they learn to cope with stress and help their teammates to do so. Hence, this centre attempts to empower students with stress management skills through yoga, fitness sessions and meditation camps.
