Introduction : This Agreement between you and Kohinoor.ac.in consists of these Terms and Conditions. "You" as a "Member" mean the Individual identified in this agreement, and/or any Business Entity on its behalf or a Business entity itself, shall also be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Acceptance : You agree that you want to use the Services of Kohinoor.ac.in web site and provide your consent to comply with all user policy ofKohinoor.ac.in. Kohinoor.ac.in reserves the right to, and in its sole discretion may, at any time review, reject, modify, or remove any Content posted by you. No liability of Kohinoor.ac.in and/or its owner(s) shall result from any such decision.

Termination / Cancellation : Kohinoor.ac.in may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate the content you have posted, terminate this Agreement, or cancel your membership account if you use any unfair practices in the website Kohinoor.ac.in will notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation, which shall be effective immediately. No refund will be made for any reason. You may cancel and terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time. Termination of your account shall be effective when Kohinoor.ac.in receives your notice via email. No refund will be made for any reason.

Content : Kohinoor.ac.in web site is a marketplace for people to get and provide services to each other, and in process post content in the form of Resumes / profile / portfolio and communicate with each other using messages on Kohinoor.ac.in Web servers .Kohinoor.ac.in does not accept any content that contains any :

• Nudity or pornographic material

• Explicit adult content

• Immoral content

• Illegal content of any kind

• Illegal ads promotion

• Racism

• Abusive use of language

• Religiously abusive content and / or

• Fraudulent suspicious content

• Encourage conduct that would violate any criminal or civil law.

Confidentiality : Each party agrees not to disclose Confidential Information of the other party without prior written consent except as provided herein. "Confidential Information" includes :

• Emails/Contact numbers

• Modifications to the agreed terms of service Delivery

• Any other information designated in writing as "Confidential." It does not include information that has become publicly known through no breach by either party, or has been :

  • independently developed without access to the other party's Confidential Information;
  • rightfully received from a third party; or
  • required to be disclosed by law or by a governmental authority.

No Guarantee : Kohinoor.ac.in makes no guarantee regarding the truthfulness of the content posted by members, you as a member must take your own wise decision before accepting the content or communication from any other member.

No Warranty : Kohinoor.ac.in Takes no warranty, express or implied, including without limitation with respect to any and other services, and expressly disclaims the warranties or conditions of no infringement, merchantability and content for any particular purpose.

Limitations of Liability : Every attempt has been made to ensure the authenticity of the content posted on the site by its members, but Kohinoor.ac.in is not liable for any kind of damages, losses directly or indirectly, due to access and/or use of the content posted and not limited to site content based decisions resulting in loss of data, revenue, profits, faith, Confidence etc.

Payments : Kohinoor.ac.in is a Non transactional website we do not sell or buy anything on the Marketplace. We simply connect Service Buyers to Service Providers and its between them to decide the terms & conditions. Any issue arising due to non payment of agreed fees/cost or due to non Delivery of agreed Service between the two transacting Members is solely their individual responsibility and Kohinoor.ac.in shall not be responsible for the same. Kohinoor.ac.in strongly suggests the members to communicate via our Marketplace only to keep track of all communication as a documented record.

Representations and Warranties : You represent and warrant that

• All of the information provided by you to Kohinoor.ac.in to enroll in the site as a Member either as a Service Buyer and/or Service provider is correct and True to your knowledge
• You grant all rights to permit Kohinoor.ac.in and its Partner(s)/Franchisee to use, reproduce, display, transmit and distribute your profile /portfolio toKohinoor.ac.in. You further represent and warrant that any Web site linked to your ad(s) :
  • Complies with all laws and regulations in any state or country where the ad is displayed;
  • Does not breach and has not breached any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of publicity or privacy, or rights or duties under consumer protection, product liability, tort, or contract theories; and
  • Is not false, misleading, defamatory, libelous, slanderous or threatening.

Your Obligation to Indemnify : You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Kohinoor.ac.in and its franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, loss, and expense (including damages, settlements amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Indemnified Person(s), arising out of, related to or which may arise from your use of Kohinoor.ac.in , your portfolio, profile, resume, any content you posted on website and/or your breach of any term of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous : Any decision made by Kohinoor.ac.in under this Agreement shall be final. Kohinoor.ac.in shall have no liability for any such decision. You will be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Kohinoor.ac.in in collecting any unpaid amounts due on your Membership account..
